I have forgotten my password. What do I do?
You can reset your password by entering your email address. We will then send you an email containing a securely generated password which you can use to login to your account. One you have logged in to your account you can reset the password in 'my account' section.

I have registered, but I haven't received a confirmation/ activation email...
After registering, you should receive a confirmation email. It's worth checking your junk mail folder to see if the email we have sent you has been mistakenly put in there. Contact us if you have not received your activation email.

I have registered on your site and added our site details but we are not appearing to be listed...
In this case, your website is not appearing on zygella.com because it has not been approved yet by our content team. Please allow up to 24 hours for your site to appear on zygella.com pages.

What happens once I have created account with zygella.com?
If you chose to register your website it will be listed within the category you have selected. You will then have access to the advertising area of Zygella where you can create your own ads.

Can I add my website if I am outside of the UK and IRELAND?
Yes - But you advert must be written in english.

How much does it cost to appear on zygella.com?
At present it is free to register on zygella.com. No credit card or bank details are ever taken! Simply complete the registration form to get your website listed on the site.

I can't find a suitable category to put my website in...
You can suggest a category if you can't find a suitable one to list your website under. In this case, your website will not appear in your suggested category until that category has been approved by our content team.

How do I get my website listed on zygella.com?
Fill out the registration form. Once registered log in to your account and get started. The entire process is free.

How long will my website remain on zygella.com?
Your website will remain on the website until you ask as to remove it or we find that the website is no longer in existence.

Can my website be listed more than once in a specific category?
No. Websites can only be listed once in a specific category. If you run more than one website you'll need to create a new account for any additional website you want to add. If you find that a website is listed more than once, please contact us to let us know.

Can I put a link in my advert to link to another site?
No. You should only link to your website.

How do I remove my website from zygella.com?
You can remove your ad from Zygella. If you'd like to cancel your account entirely please contact us.

Can I change my Email Address?
To change this, login and go to 'my account' which allows you to edit your details.

Can I change my Username?
You cannot change your username.

Can I change my Password?
Yes you can. To change this, login and go to 'my account' which allows you to edit your details.

Can I upload images?
Yes, you can upload images or photos.

Can I upload company logo?
Yes, you can upload your company logo.

How do I change my contact details?
To edit contact details you need to login to zygella.com and and go to 'my account'. Please Note: We cannot make changes to your company information for security reasons. You need to login and do it yourself.

How do I add a link to my website?
Link to your website is added automatically once your website has been approved by zygella.com member of team.

Can you display my address in my advert?
Only your postcode displays on zygella.com. However, you can login to your account to 'my account' to change your address.

Can I be listed in more than one category?
Yes you can. You can have yor website listed in more then one category.

Can I be listed in more than one subcategory?
Yes you can. You can have yor website listed in more then one subcategory.

Can I hide my telephone number?
You can add/delete your landline number within your account, in the 'company info' section.

How do I list my products and services on zygella.com?
Once your website has been approved, you can then enhance your advert by uploading images and updating your company details.

Can I stop receiving emails from the site?
Go to your account to 'my account' section and unsubscribe from receiving emails from Zygella.com. You can also alter other email and contact preferences. We will, however, send you emails from time to time regarding service announcements.

I have tried to send an email enquiry to myself and it didn't seem to work...
We aim to ensure that, wherever possible, emails sent to businesses on the site are valid enquiries. As long as the email address you have provided in your contact details is correct, there shouldn't be a problem.
